The app doesn`t use timestamps so there was no other way to verify that unless I went to my bank app. Did not get connected to anyone. Basically just stole 39 dollars from me and over nine hours of waiting and still not connected. Contacted customer support via phone and email and no reply. Jan 9th 2023 They got back to me and basically told me ``sucks to suck, no refunds.`` I`m being colorful about it."

"I did love this app I got great care and it was very convenient until I was referred to see a neurologist so I made my appt but it was 7 months out which was the best I could get and I told the dr this and they prescribed my seizure medicine to me again (they have been for a year and half) and then they decide 2 months before I see a neurologist that they can no longer prescribe my medication and told me to go to urgent care or the ER until I see the neurologist. Be careful here"
