It gave me a ``sorry we are experiencing problems on our end`` so I tried again and it gave me the same error then charged me double. *Edit to respond to whomever reads these* I tried to contact support, I was told in summary that I can`t get anything back but I now have 50 dollars on my account so I don`t have to pay for another month. Disappointing as I have other bills to pay."

Each month was the same story and several times other payments boumced causing me nsf fees. Finally after several months of this i finally got transferred to the right person and they were able to credit my account and fix the issue"
