"Initially excited, I entered my insurance info accurately and... repeated messages saying my insurance provider`s records don`t match what I entered. 2 hours on the phone later with Cigna & I`m using the correct info and the app is trying to just continue with no coverage. Checked with the Better Business Bureau and from everything I`ve seen, experienced, & read this app/Business are suspect at best and an insipid scam at the worst. Don`t bother."

"RUN!! they won`t renew a script without monthly appts🚩 Billing is total bait & switch - I was told it was $25 per appointment, got receipts saying ``paid in full`` for each appt but A YEAR later they say oopsies JK it was supposed to be $50 not $25 sooooo pay up! been fighting with billing dept for months. my insurance was billed for a dr i never saw & services I never received like ``after hours visits`` & ``range of motion`` tests on knees. READ the invoices! you can`t remove your card either."

"At first, the interactions and the process seemed to be smooth, despite the fact that the app has a hard cut off for your appt (even if the physician is late to the appt). HOWEVER, recently, I had a time-sensitive issue and my messages were ignored, it`s been 9 days and I still have yet to have my issue resolved or even addressed. I am not sure if it is an issue with my provider or the app itself, but this has not been a good experience with Healthcare professional. Do not recommend."
