"I just signed up but I can`t use the app. It`s frozen on the privacy page. When I first signed up, it showed directions on how to use the app but I wasn`t able to scroll down to read the whole text. The only option was to skip that page so I did. That`s when it went to the privacy page and froze. I can`t scroll or figure out how to move forward. I closed the app and tried again and same thing happened. I chose this app over the others because of the transcriptions it provides. Please help."
