"Still a problem after new update-5/5/2020, 1/4/2020 The app won`t save any articles, though the bookmarking tool says it`s saving them. It is very frustrating. Kind of makes the app useless, as there is no reading history. When trying to write customer support, my emails are rejected. I am a paid subscriber of the paper. I might as well just sign in through the browser."

"After the update on 7/22/20, the app on the whole runs smoother and quicker, however there are two issues: The Daily Commuter Crossword is harder to find, and the font and puzzle size are way too small to effectively navigate. Very frustrating! Also frustrating are the video ads, which automatically start to play very LOUDLY before muting. I have a PAID subscription, and i will tolerate static ads if i must, but these video ads should NOT AUTOPLAY! Please make it stop, and I`ll rate higher."

"I`ve had this subscription for many years and things worked well when the Tribune owned the paper. Now a new company came in either last year or this year and all of my favorite columnists jumped ship. The paper has suffered since then with massive editing problems AND, get this, sending out a refund check that could not be deposited. Bank of America is their bank and mine, too. No matter how I tried depositing the check(photo of check, at the ATM) it didn`t matter CS was no help. Unsubscribing."

Really a retarded app compared to the NY Times app update: app is now much worse, not just mostly all tabloid articles but the print is as large as as the headlines on tabloids at the grocery store checkout.
