"I love being able to remote set temperature control and remote lock on occasion. The app is not super responsive and is a bit flaky, so doesn`t get full marks. I usually have to open it and wait 30 seconds or so to get the connection to wake up and be usable, or it won`t do anything, and it`s hard to tell if it actually worked when I tell it to start or lock."

"I spent the money to get the telematics upgrade on my 2013 Leaf, since 2G was going away and we the cars needed to use 3G. At best, this app has worked about 10% of the time. What a waste of time and money. Nice job, Nissan. Surely you can do better than this... Update in 2022, no longer works at all for older Leafs, even if you paid for the telematics upgrade, because AT&T dropped 3G."

"Fix climate timer and add charge stop with percent target. I have learned to live with 30 to 90s delay. As other reviewers noted, it`s due to car waking up at certain intervals to service app requests. But, all of the advertised features should work in a production version. When I, and many others, hit the Climate Contol Timer button, we quickly get an error. ``An error occurred while retrieving Climate Contol Schedule``. I tried it on Android and iOS, so it`s a problem with app or car."

"Doesn`t work. At all. Paid 100s to update the telematics unit in my `14 Leaf. Worked for a couple months, but now doesn`t connect. Problem`s on server end, so nothing I can do. Wish I could get a refund. The employees at my local Nissan service department are awesome. As vehicles and service go, my Leaf is one of my better ownership experiences. App is so bad I`m not sure I can buy Nissan again."
