"It works, but we bought our smart lock specifically intending to make use of auto unlock, and in this regard it needs to be MUCH better. I get home, the notification appears saying ``unlocking door``, but I can open the app and unlock it manually before auto unlock kicks in. Then, a minute or so after I manually unlocked and walked through the door I here the door unlocking because auto unlock has kicked in. Also, the auto-relock timeout should take location in to account, instead of just time"

"Setting up the lock was ok. Now I just want to open it. It annoys me that I have to wait for the app to create a connection first. When it got bt and WiFi figured out i gotta leave the app open, phone unlocked until the lock has started. I simply want to: - hit open (widget?) - immediately authenticate - forget about it, phone locked in pocket again, me carrying groceries to the door. I don`t care whether it`s BT or WiFi or what`s the current status.... Just open it. No quitting."

"This app is generally okay. Not pretty but does the work it is supposed to do. One of my a few compliants is the confusing symbol depiction and text annotation for open and closed door: in either situation they all show the same broken ring depiction (you may argue that they are in different colors but why would not you use two different visual depictions clearly to show the two different states). Secondly, you would see this text ``OPEN | LOCKED`` vs. ``OPEN | UNLOCKED``. Very confusing. OMG"

Interestingly I`ve found that closing the app and then opening seems to help. Would be good if there was a google watchOs version. I`ve been able to connect it to Google home so that`s positive. Still takes ages to connect and operate though...."

Yale technical support is useless - instead of conveying the issue to the developers for investigation and debug they will suggest things to try with the hardware which are not related to the problem. So good luck with expecting the app to debugged and a fixes issued."
