"Loads of issues trying to connect 2 A1`s! Also, issues conecting H9i on a consistant basis. I have tried to update the items through the app and it always fails! I love the wired products, but the software for the wireless products passed 2-3 years old is abysmal! It`s really ashame because the sound quality is AMAZING!"

"First day Im at Starbucks.... Can`t even pair the d@mn things, they force you to use an app for cellphone pairing yet completely normal for PC.... Creating more issues and complexity when not necessary at all. The app isnt even responding to my taps or touches, I have to press the back error in-between all pages. Im assuming you have to add a product to BT pair, yet it wont let me select a god d@mn thing so I have $400 earbuds that I cant use 🙄🙃. Im about to return the entire product..."

"Requires location to be turned on to function on an Android phone with beoplay EX earphones. And worse, if you have location turned off, you have to exit the app AND shut it down and restart it in order to connect. Finally, I don`t get why, after connection, I have to click once to get to any useful info. (If you only have one beoplay device registered, then the app should go straight to the detailed screen for that device, and skip the first screen where you select which device is being used)"

"The app is really bad. Trying to connect with your product is tedious, almost never works. EQ options could be better/more. Deleted the app because it is more of a hindrance than help. B&O Engineers really have to work on this one. Rather bad image for a company that sells audio equipment for a premium price. Would have expected more from Bang & Olufsen."
