"I like the App for its training plans and auto calculations for deadhang weights. But there is no way to customise the individual exercises and it lumps gym exercises together. eg Press ups are only with shoulder press and set to reps of 10. These should be separate and you should be able to adjust reps and sets and rest times for all `gym` based exercises. And create your own. You can schedule works by day but not order them into sessions."
