"I`ve just signed up for it and tried some of the excercises with narration, but the narration is simply too slow, my mind ends up wandering. There`s audio options, but there seems no way to speed it up and as result it`s not very ADHD friendly. I know I can also read, but I tried that and it takes the attention away from the excercise, especially if the excercise wants you to have your eyes closed."

"I wish the info and tools offered in this app had been available 40years ago!! For now, I am just so thankful that the next 40 years can be different. I had no idea how tense, hyper-sensitive, anxious, self-critical, and hard on myself I was until I did the guided exercises in the app. I have discovered a lighter, calmer and more joyful way to be. The change in my symptoms is happening gradually, but I`m absolutely convinced that more relief will come as I continue this journey. THANK YOU!"

"I have only been doing this app for a few days and it has already changed my life for the better. It is truly amazing, I have been ill for years but this app frees your body and your mind. It is so informative and just makes complete sense. I would highly recommend it to everyone who is suffering. For the first time in my life I have finally come to terms with all my past traumas. And I am even beginning to finally like myself!"

"I am very disappointed by the new nutrition guide for curable. You cannot compare a Western diet to a whole food diet including unprocessed meats and dairy. There is not a clear scientific agreement whether a plant based diet is better than a whole food unprocessed diet which includes meat and dairy. This message that unprocessed meat and dairy are bad is continuing to promote fear-mongering around food. This fear mongering is not aligned with other features on app."

"Do not recommend this app. It`s not great for someone with my particular chronic illness because a lot of it just doesn`t apply to me. However, the biggest reason I do not recommend is that I feel like they should warn you that your free trial is coming to an end BEFORE charging you to keep using. I would have cancelled instead of spending that money. (I realize I need to keep track myself, but brain fog is real, these people should know that.) I`m sure a refund is out of the question."

"I`ve had debilitating back pain for 9 years. Had to quit work & had 3 needless surgeries. The pain got so bad, I became suicidal. Not wanting to do that to my family, I dug into the app`s lessons & put everything I had into curing myself. I`m not finished & it`s alot of work, but I`m sooo much better. The app teaches you how to pay attention to your body, how to be kind to yourself and how to heal from chronic pain. It walks you thru it all with lessons from experts. The techniques WORK!"

"I have had migraines for as long as I can remember and more recently chronic back pain and a knee injury. I`m just starting to explore the Curable app but already have benefited from the education in the app. I highly recommend Curable for anyone who would like more information about how pain becomes chronic and how we can do some really simple things to tone done the pain signals when we have a flare up of symptoms."

"So far it is good. It is very similar to the pain management program that neuro centres run in UK. I attended one 10+ yrs ago & they have a very high success rate cos they combine knowledge, psychology, actual exercises starting from 1 repetition & building slowly, with mindfulness(b4 it was trendy) & review of any drug therapy. I`m at a different phase of my pain management now & this is working as a revision and I am accepting it better than I did with the PMP. I`m challenged and enjoying it!"

"Nice app, I`ve learned a lot about pain, doing my meditation and all. after a couple of weeks still not much changed, but at least I`m not worried about it. Must say though - the girl`s reading voice is giving me anxiety, I wish Allan Gordon could read all the texts."

"I can`t believe the changes I`m experiencing. Through the app I`ve learned so much about pain psychology which has decreased my fear around pain and increased my understanding of how my pain happens. I am learning new tools each day about how to work with my pain, which has eased my pain! The exercises have led to me learn about myself and to reduce the power and hold pain has had over me for years. I feel much less afraid of it and more in control of my life. Thank you!"

"Really helps you educate yourself without being patronising. You can choose learning sessions which suit your way of learning, and the virtual assistant helps to guide you through. It`s also really easy to navigate and find your way back to favourite sessions. Knowledge is power so this app means you can take charge of your recovery."

"This is not designed for people with decades of CBT work under their belt. I don`t need to feel better about being in pain; I just need to reduce it, and I`m not finding that here. The exercises were all frustratingly basic, and advice like ``take a walk`` doesn`t help when you can`t actually walk. Might be a great app if you don`t already know how to talk yourself down from an emotional spiral, but it`s not for everyone."

"Amazing app. I have struggled for many years with chronic pain, and the last year with exhaustion, but after a week of following this program I experienced a big difference in overall pain and my exhaustion is almost completely gone! It was so bad at one point that I struggled to go up the stairs, but now I can do almost everything I want without worrying if it will exhaust me or not 🤩 I truly recommend trying this app if you have any type of chronic pain 🥰"

"This app isn`t for everyone. If you already have been given the tools to deal with ptsd or cptsd by a therapist, there is nothing new to learn here. I only tried it because my physical therapist wanted me to. If you haven`t been to a psychologist and are looking for tools to help manage stress, you might find this app helpful."
