"I downloaded the app, as it was installing content terribly slowly I flipped to other apps to wait. Then got back, it restarted and the content install screen but it can`t move beyond zero percent. I closed the app and tried it again, I got the same black screen and nothing was happening. Is there any way I can use this app at this point?"
