"First version and already the best Canto tool for Android. The biggest hurdle to learning Cantonese is the lack of tools/materials (unlike Mandarin). "After reading all the reviews, i decided to give it a try and nuff said, simply the best Cantonese app you can find. Totally worth the money spent. One comment though, the widget not updated with new word starred and have to re-create the widget everytime . - Hi embremite, since my last review, i have been using it on daily basis and would like to suggest for notes to be written with saved words,. For example, when starred a phrase, (sometimes no meaning from the dictionary) , the user can put short notes / remarks / own meaning with it would be extremely useful for future reference. I dont mind having to pay a reasonable amount for this feature or app .Thank you and loved it so much."

"I have had this for many years now and I do not regret purchasing this one bit. It is absolutely essential and useful for daily use. You got words, phrases, idioms and even slangs in this dictionary used by locals. I have had certain times where friends and colleagues would not be able to translate a word for me in English so I had them pronounce the word(s) using the mic feature in the app, and not surprisingly, the app manages to find exactly what they are trying to translate. If that does not work, they can use the in-app handwriting feature.
