"Not the gym for me. Kinda hectic from my other gym experiences. Everybody has a different interpretation of the exercises shown. What`s great is that the trainers are really nice and willing to teach. Just not into bulking myself up. You know you are bulking up when the office pants gets tight at the thighs. Seen lots of people lifting heavy weights but I think the slim cut look is missing. Too busy adjusting weights on bars. I prefer Ritual. Just too much F45 hype/instagram."

"If you have an android, go into the phone settings. Then go to apps. Find the F45 app. Then clear data. You will have to sign in again. It worked! I can sign up for classes again! The app needs to be fixed!"
