The Dragonflag progressions, the app expects you to move from 10 reps of jack knives, straight into full dragon flags, with nothing in between. I constantly tell the app I can`t even complete one dragon flag, then The next day, the app will give me a workout with 16x reps. This progression needs some added exercises, hopefully this is something that comes with later version(s)"

I can`t skip or change exercises when I pick a video or in training which means it lists me completing it and I didn`t. If I can`t finish the reps it still counts as if I finished.
