"Booked a hotel suite back in February. All confirmations within the app and emails stated the room type was a 2 bedroom suite. When I called the hotel, they had us down for only a single room for our family of 5 and weren`t able to change it because of information received from Hopper. Hopper customer service strung us along for days admitting that they had the incorrect description on the booking and wanted us to pay the difference for their false advertising. Hopper never resolved our issue."
