"The app is great but recently I have had so many technical difficulties, my current bus pass has been marked as expired even though it doesn`t expire until December and I can only see it in the purchase history. When I try to tap on it it won`t even open on the main screen even though the date of expiration still says until December of 2021. It was so good until recent updates."

"This is overall a convenient app. It allows me to ride the bus even at times when I have forgotten or lost my fare card. My only real complaint is that there is some glitch where I have to go to the buy passes screen twice -- on my old phone, the app would shut down when I tried to checkout; on my new phone, it returns to the pass wallet. This occurs without fail, but the good part is that it always works on the second try."
