"I suppose it was okay. The grounding tended to help me quite a bit, along with all those other tools. But the formatting reminds me of that of an app from 2012, and the forums aren`t exactly a big help when you`re just grouping a few slightly unstable people together and hoping for the best (all forums are going to be toxic no matter the case, my personal opinion is just that it`s a bad idea but many others may think otherwise.) I would reccomend it for coping, just don`t use the forums."
