"This was very basic but super easy to use. Loved the interval times to start, moving to longer distances was less daunting than expected. Appreciated the halfway turnaround reminder. The simplicity is probably why I stuck with the whole program, which is unusual for me. Thanks to this, I restarted my running habit."

"Free, no subscription, simple. Wish there were a social aspect so you can challenge someone but for the price and quality of the app I`m not going to complain."

"Best c25k app out there. Keeps it simple, tells you when to run, when to stop and halfway point. No annoying adds, and doesn`t mess up the music you`re listening to. 10/10."

"Best app to start running. I have tried several apps and this one is by far the best, highly recommended for people that have never run. It literally got me from never ever in my life running to running 30 minutes straight. I paid for it because it was so great I felt like helping out the developer. The free version is great too."

"I enjoyed the app, but I feel like it should be called ``0 to 30``. I tried this out as an intermediate runner, to use as a motivational tool. Without tracking pace, there is no guarantee that 30 minutes equals a 5k. It`s a little misleading to beginners. Most of the integers are good, but there`s a jump from 8 to 20 minutes in one week, then another from 10 to 22 another week, which again seems unrealistic for a beginner. I do really like the reminder to warm up and cool down, steps I often skip."

"Got me off the couch and regularly running 5+ km, 3 times a week. Lost a bunch of weight and my cardio has improved a TON. This app should be the benchmark that all other single-purpose free apps should be measured against."

"Does what it says in the tin. Gradual and very manageable progression from very gentle and intermittent running/walking, up to the full 5km. There`s no unnecessary bells and whistles, and it hasn`t crashed. I paid for it because it earned the 5 bucks by being simple and practical. Also nothing stopping you from doing the workouts more or less frequently than it suggests. It won`t track you, it will just let you run when you want."
