"They updated the app and suddenly it doesn`t work properly anymore. Tried buying ticket didn`t get one however my money did go on pending ... why is the app still in use if it doesn`t work I can`t understand. Oh and don`t bother calling customer services, all they know is ``I don`t know`` and ``I`m sorry for wasting your time``... I mean if the customer services are pissed off of people calling and complaining about the app not working then why don`t take the app off from use, simple."

"Useless app. Since the update I`ve been unable to purchase a ticket. NXBus are blaming the bank and the bank have no knowledge of an issue. Major problem in this modern day where people don`t carry cash. *UPDATE SEVERAL MONTHS ON* Still a joke, some days it`s OK and will take payment, other days it don`t recognise saved cards. Why don`t you set it up so you can pay it in ways like google pay or paypal"

"Since the update this app has got even worse, there was nothing wrong with it from my end before this update, I have to go to work and I can`t spend my mornings pissing around trying to purchase tickets on the app. Update, Hadn`t used this app for months and needed to use it for work today, Surprise surprise, Not working and getting ``Error processing payment`` message, Ended up having to pay on the bus instead with my card. NX really are pathetic aren`t they, can`t get anything right."

"App installed , it gets pass 1st loading screen only to then show a Red screen continously and doesn`t do anything else. App was a good idea at same time , times be changing be nice to purchase a E-bus card -《physical》card which you pay for ticket online and just tap on bus rather than phone as too many issues on app mine don`t even load!"

"I have to warn you to be careful about the thefts of this company. I have been using my bank to buy tickets for a year until I noticed that three six-pound tickets were deducted from my card. Pay attention, the daily ticket is four pounds, but six pounds were deducted from my account. After many follow-ups and months of efforts and complaints, I did not get results. If I don`t pay a bus ticket once, I am a criminal and a trash citizen in the eyes of people. Now you tell me who is thief?"

"This app is... Good, for the most part at least. For everything i do it is fine. However, certain things need improvement or fixing in general. Using certain things cause the app to crash, which is bad especially when those things are sections which offer help to users of the app. From other reviews it also appears that purchasing tickets is bad, however i cannot vouch for this as i have not experienced this. Sort out the app a bit and it will be fine but until then bad reviews are to be expect."
