Hundreds having the same issues so it seems, tried the KB article to fix the issue, no luck, uninstalled and tried reinstalling and now it won`t reinstall! I give up! Looks like a smashing piece of kit, if only I could get it working. Had enough."

"Overall it works well. My only complaint is the investigation feature dose not fully work. And it`s a little misleading. On the server the feture is called ``export``. On the mobile app it`s call ``investigations``. It starts the export of the time frame you want, but you can not view it in the mobile app. Only on the server."
