"Blocked when I switched phones. You cannot login into a new (or a 2nd) phone without having to pay a visit to your gym`s reception. Defeats the whole purpose of having an app. Edit: I`m not sending you an email because (quite literally) it`s not a bug, it`s a feature. Yesterday, I used the browser to enter the gym. If the purpose of that feature is to prevent the user from using more than one device to enter the gym, then the feature is useless, it just makes life needlessly harder for users."
