I still get emails like my workouts are tracked but it doesn`t recognize my log in and it won`t send me a password reset link. When I try to make a new account it says there is an account already under my email. It`s so annoying I wish I didn`t need to use it for my gym log in."

"This app used to be good before covid. Seems like it got the covid virus and never recovered. I have an android phone. I used to be able to register and unregister for classes from this app. I can no longer do this for the past couple of months. When I select a class, I get moved to another screen to select register (or unregister) and it says that there is an error and takes me to some billing screen where i need to log in again. Once I log in again then I still can`t register."

"I was at your facility in Shillington Pennsylvania otherwise kenhorst and today`s date is January 17th 2021 got done with my workout and went to take a shower and nothing but cold water let the shower run about 10 minutes still no hot water I love this facility but this is the second time I have been there and as I was telling the lady at the counter about the situation a woman came out and said no hot water in the ladies bathroom I hope they can fix this situation I love this place"
