"My son has showed immediate progress in his vocabulary & interest with spelling with just the free version, so within a few days we bought the full app. As soon as I paid, the payment was taken out immediately, but the app is taking hours showing ``waiting to complete download`` & ``downloading new words``. This is extremely annoying as paid $11.99 for an app that doesn`t work. I emailed the team, hopefully this gets resolved soon."
