I know those instructions are included in the packaging but that example just goes to show that they`re more interested in making money than in ensuring their customers are actually able to use the device. "Why can`t the damn videos just load???? Why do I have to wait every 3 seconds for another 5 seconds to load. I can`t even repeat it once it does load. Doing this in real time is impossible and a bore and makes me walk away!!!!!!! Forget trying to do a 18 minute class when I takes 30 to load and I gotta sit and wait for it! I paid for a year, I`ll try to use it but once the subscription is done, so is the app. I am SOOO disappointed!"

I was expecting *some* free content but everything pops up with a subscription prompt. Ditch the app and just go to YouTube for plenty of FREE content... EDIT: After feedback my review remains. I would like the choice of being able to watch videos etc. still and not forced to pay more for features I don`t want (yet)."

I really like the concept but the service is definitely not the greatest and their app has way too many bugs. I have no problem paying for a product if it actually works. The app itself is just super buggy with the slightest faults. You`ve already invested about $100 with the equipment and $50 with a below subpar app. I definitely can`t recommend this to anyone."
