"When its installed the person has to click on many notifications on the phone in order for it to be remote controlled by other person. Whats the point of it? If the person who needs help knows how to click on notifications and other options then why does he need support. I still prefer teamviewer as it do not show any notification. Install and give the onscreen number to the other person and thats it. Hope you understand the meaning of remote support."
