"So far it`s been pretty great experience. I`m learning more than I`ve ever learned through an app before. Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming but as long as you`re consistent progress is made quickly! **Something that could be better** The vocabulary you learn during each lesson isn`t always included in the flashcards under the lesson. A little frustrating when trying to review what you learned but the words aren`t there."

"I only did the free lesson, which was great! Just what I`m looking for so I can listen in the car too! But £150 for 30 lessons, just level 1 is extortionate. I won`t be paying for this when there are so many other cheaper or even free options."

"Just finished French 2 and I am very impressed. Far superior to duolingo, busuu, babble, etc. I have two requests: 1) in the voice coach part of the app, it will repeat (in english) the phrase each time I go to record myself. Please remove this as it is incredibly annoying to be forced to listen to the English sentence, especially since I can just read it. It makes the recording process much longer than necessary. 2) Please include a complete transcript of the lessons to follow along with."

"How much do I like this? I`m happy to pay the subscription! This is the first language training I`ve ever had that teaches REAL SPOKEN FRENCH from the start - the same way francophones learn French. I`m having to relearn my pronunciation which is a bit painful but very necessary. The only improvement I would ask for is to have a Québec French version. [Edit: Québec request submitted] [Edit: Took off a star because the voice recognition frustratingly has difficulty with a deep voice like mine]"

"I`ve used for French review and Polish as a newbie. The only ``help`` in pronunciation that I remember is that the word for speak sounds like ``movie``, which was obvious anyway. There are several Polish sounds I can`t get, and probably several French sounds I wouldn`t get if I were new to it.At 1 point, the teacher says to use the ``to`` form rather than saying the ``tu`` form. They make a big distinction between want and would like, which got me to confuse veux and voudrais.Better to introduce separately."

"Ever since I downloaded the app it`s triggered nonstop ads from Pimsleur on my YouTube app, which I can`t get rid of by blocking or otherwise. I didn`t download the app so it could hijack another app. Uninstalled, never to be installed again."

"After a lot of teething pains, I`m revisiting my old review of the app. First, the main part of the app is the tried and true Pimsleur method. This is probably the best way to learn to SPEAK a language. Admittedly, you won`t become near fluent, but your pronunciation should be fine. But the added features are not of the same quality. For example, the flashcards don`t use spaced repetition learning, which is essential. What I ended up doing is going the flashcards into Anki and using it to review"

"This WILL NOT work if you are starting from scratch. Good practice if you`re half fluent, and need audio-only learning, to practice while doing something else. Even then, still not great. I`m learning German. An hour in, they`re using complex grammar and explaining none of it. They don`t show the spelling, of course, and that is actually a huge problem. But I am brushing up on pronunciation, so that`s something. If this were free, I`d give it 3 stars instead of 2, but it`s a 7-day trial."

"I wish you could choose not to have romanized automatically instead of having to select, for example, Hangul every time. Having only romanized for the Quick Review is also a problem. The latest update has caused my app to tell me I`m not online or that the lesson isn`t downloaded. When I clearly am."

"App fails to save the last playback location frequently! Suggestion to the developer from a developer, you can`t know when the app will be killed, especially on Xiaomi phone, so better save the current playback location once every minute."
