"For your sanity do not sign up with them. I tried to sign up but never received my SIM card. Customer service is done via zenmo chat and it timed out on me about 10 times and I really wish I was exaggerating. The system somehow lost my order, port in details, email, and the agents refused to provide me a confirmation of the failed order except via chat. I hope my number doesn`t suddenly port out of the blue and I lose my number."

"The speed of the bandwidth is superb, coming from another sim-only telco tts laggy which happens to use the same network. Birthday month gets a 2gb gift which is a welcome. The only gripe I have is the little talktime, compared to similar plans at other telcos. It would be nice to bump it up. The roaming countries and length of days is a bit quirky. Overall, happy with the switch."
