"Great concept, but flawed program. I use this for my company (we pay monthly) and at first it was great but now, after using this for more than 8 months, I am always having to login / out (even deleting/reinstalling) which prompts it to begin syncing (can take up to an hour). Many of our employees have similar issues. Items will either be missing or not sync properly and can be very frustrating... Like I said, the thought behind the program is great, but definitely needs a lot of bugs fixed."

"Recently, I am not able to view my Serial Number Cusmtom field in the mobile app. Before I used to search my items by Serial Number but recently I am not able to search my inventory using the Serial Number custom field. I`m able to view my inventory with the serial in the website but not in the mobile app. Again, whenever I click on a piece of inventory, I am not able to view the serial custom box I created.
