"I tried canceling my account numerous times prior to my renewal this month. I was assured it was canceled and I was once again charged for this year -(AND they won`t let me into my account to recancel this for the 3rd time & request a refund!) I didn`t authorize this charge to my credit card for the renewal. I even disputed the charge with my cc company and the app recharged it! I also emailed the info email for the app in the terms area online and it said the email address didn`t exist!? Help!"

"I love this app. It`s one of the best apps I`ve used fitness wise. Although there are some things I`ve noticed since using it consistently for the past month. I chose lean and for home, but I can only do four weeks of it. If I choose a program in guides I get 8 weeks but can only choose gym options. Its frustrating because I don`t have gym equipment and I can only get 4 weeks of home workouts compared to 8 weeks of gym workouts. ***Got it sorted, friendly and helpful customer service too ☺️"

"This is a good app and helpful for anyone who can`t afford a personal trainer. There have been some good updates, but there are also some improvements the app could make to have a better user experience. Pros: Nice layout and design. Great 8 week programs for men and women. Good range of meals (and finally a search option!) Cons: This app has always been glitchy, even before the make over. Progress doesn`t always save and certain design elements can make navigating the app a bit difficult."

I downloaded the application since it says 7 day free trial, and it charged automatically, i love lisa that`s why I downloaded it, but the application is a waste. "I love thos app, it is such an amazing tool. It has sooo many options for working out at home and at the gym. I really love the guides, as well, cause sometimes I can get lost on how to split up exercise days. The only reason I didn`t rate it 5 stars is because it does have quite a few glitches. For instance with stretches, the timer doesn`t work correctly and occasionally it won`t allow you to switch an exercise. Great app overall though!!!!"

"Great app. Couple of suggestions. 1. a little detail about the workout, I.e. posture, stance, etc. 2. detail about how the workout works, as I always thought that you had to work out muscle groups twice a week for growth (doing Ro`s bulk) but am doing each muscle group once, but I think (?) the muscle are being work as secondary groups on other days, but for someone that sort of knows, but not enough that would good to know how it works. 3. the keyboard covers the input box, hard to see to type"

"01/22 I subscribed to the new Strng app. The video issue was solved. I really like the app. Loading the reps is very easy, but it makes me do a default resting time, longer than the one I`m used to. Love the meal plan, videos, loading stats and notes. 12/21 The app looks really good and I like the setup for the weekdays, for the meal plans and workouts. Thing is I could not make it work. The videos don`t play so I can only see the names and descriptions.😭"
