"Good concept but no instructions. ``Help`` doesn`t contain help. Found a video tutorial on YouTube but it referenced content that doesn`t seem to exist in the app. I poked around, activated a power up to see what it did, then app insisted I type in some content about that, poked around the app some more, was annoyed that hitting back key knocked me out of the app completely. Gave up and uninstalled. 2 points for a great concept. Next step, make it usable for everyone, not just digital natives."

"I`m enjoying it so far, but the only thing that would make it better is a clear direction on how to set things up. It`s a game, right? There should be a tutorial mode more involved than the simple quests included."

"Would be great if it stopped bugging me to rate it every few actions (should do that no more than once daily); I haven`t yet used it enough to get an idea of the details & utility. Wish it had a little more customization, like showing visually which trait a quest or powerup affects, and letting me group quests into small sub-groups so I could feel less overwhelmed. But it helps me balance tasks, challenges, and self-care, and gives useful advice and inspiration, and it improves my mood."

"Dead app, last updated 4 years ago and may soon become incompatible with new OS. There are other self improvement apps that offer more content and regular updates while still gamifying the formation of good habits."

"I`m just starting, but it`s a fun, engaging way to gamify your life! Quests, power ups, and bad guys(bad habits) help give me a boost of motivation to start doing productive things. And I am indeed a real person btw"

"A little awkward in structure, but cool idea for those who love games (not really me). Tasks are modest and well-chosen. Everything is bite-sized and the victory sounds are cute. That being said, I`m vastly aware while in the app that the points are, erm, kind of pointless. They don`t appear to get me anywhere or give me anything to work towards. Overall, not a bad app but perhaps not for everyone, esp. if looking for big changes."

"Just downloaded, day 2 playing. I like the concept, it`s all little easy steps, links in to my therapy. It would be so much better if the links worked from within the app, they work on the website, but I would have thought a game designer would put effort into the app, maybe just a PC gamer 😆. Will come back to update."

"I haven`t gotten familiar with all of it, but the little nudges it gives are easy and entertaining. I understand that there is science behind this, bc I read the book. Apart from whatever, you know, *benefit*, it seems fun."

"I love this app, the detail put into it and the practicality of it. This was designed by someone who knew they were suffering too. I do wish the UI was a bit easier to navigate."

"A lot of body negativity and assumptions that people want to lose weight. If that wasn`t woven through everything I think it would be better."

"The overall app is awesome in concept. It is a little tough to navigate/ understand as a game at first. After spending some time with it, I see and feel the progress."

"I checked out supperbetter after an episode of Extra Credits I watched writen by its creator. The suggested quests and activities are useful in thinking of ways to manage my depression, recovery and health. I am using it along side habitica and they seem to reinforce eachother pretty well when it comes to getting tasks done and building new healthier habits. It would be nice to be able to add allies more easily either through linking Facebook or searching a list of current users for contacts"

"I enjoy the concept a lot, but the app is need of updates. For example a lot of links to articles do not work (you have hit edit, find the URL, and then copy and paste it into a browser window to learn what it says). Also, it seems that some of the topics presented could use a refresh. Despite that, I still``play`` with it because it`s fun."

"It`s starting to get my brain working. Ive tried everything even marriage. To keep my brain motivated and working to get things done but with ADHD and agoraphobia I`m working in a positive way to get the things most people do everyday with some form of positivity and get it done. Hopefully.. I`d like to thank the person out there for helping others challenge ourselves and think from a different perspective on how a task can be done🥰! Thank you!"
