"Keeps losing connection. If I listen for 1 hour then I will have had at least 2 connection fails, but likely about 10. Sometimes losing connection for only a 10 seconds, other times for 5 minutes. Doesn`t want to connect through quickconnect at all. With my laptop I have none of these issues."

After some time the player window freezes and the controls become unresponsive while it keeps playing. I had to take an important call while the music kept blaring that way. Clearing cache and data with a reinstall didn`t fix it. It`s unfortunately unusable for me now."

I listed to a lot of audio books and I wish there was a button to just fast forward or review 30 seconds or something similar that would quickly let me fast forward a few seconds. I usually have to do it manually because this functionality doesn`t exist. Audio book tracks sometimes last an hour so I can`t just use the next track button."

"Was a bit perplexed by all the bad reviews on this, so thought I should leave a good one since I love DS Audio. Can listen to all my music files from anywhere, even stuff that you can`t find on Spotify. I like that there are different EQs so I can tweak the sound on different speakers. The smart playlists are great, the UI is pretty good, love that files get cached locally in case I`m without a good connection. Never had any troubles logging in or crashing. Just really pleased."

"It was a great app YEARS ago. Since then everything moved forward, android updated to new versions, other NAS brands introduced similar apps with far superior functionality and overall experience. Black theme? Offline by default? Useful stuff you won`t see here. On top of that some android vendored versions are experiencing stability and functionality issues with the app. A major disappointment over time. The app kinda works, kinda has some useful features like android auto but more like exists."
