"Great concept! I would suggest verbal instructions, as it is nearly impossible to view the excercises being displayed while doing them. Also, a time gap between the exercises and rest periods of about 10seconds would be more convenient, as this gives one opportunity to switch positions, without having to pause. I would also suggest displaying the exercises (and their demos) before the session starts, as to allow the user opportunity to familiarise themselves with the excercises and do them well!"
