"About 40% of the time, this app doesn`t load. 90% of the time, it doesn`t load on my fire stick. Apart from being glitchy, it`s unintuitive to navigate, as their original content gets buried in old series the network imports. Came back to update. It`s as bad as it ever was, so I`ve made it 1 star now. The content is still good, but you pay to only be able to access it once in a while."

"Despite all of the bad reviews for the new app nothing, and I mean nothing, has been done to improve the user experience. If it wasnt for the few shows that I enjoy I would dump this service in a heartbeat. Who, on earth, thought it a better user experience to require people to cast to their device? Asinine sums it up. It is not easy to navigate fr the app. Was much simpler when I could just use the Xbox app, and didn`t need to cast from my phone. Cumbersome."

When they discontinued DED that was when I realized they don`t care about their viewers. That and Roadkill were the only reason I paid for this service, but I wont be anymore."
