"I`m doing all the workouts eg leg, abs, arms, cardio, Apps and some dancing 4 times a week with heathly to normal diet been 2 weeks feel more stronger and fitter, ill keep updating how toned or not toned I get, great apps, improvements would be maybe have option for longer than 10min for when more advanced people also 2 custom lists, people say they want a bigger gap between each workout I disagree as yes it hard to move so quick at first but once used to it, it`s quite easy and get better workout for it."
