"I don`t have this app on my phone yet I am being charged for it. Not happy with the service and it`s not even the end of the month yet to be charged almost R200 it`s insane when they`ve done nothing for me at all. I sent a cancellation email on 23/02/23 and I cannot find the cancellation option on their app. This is the worst service ever and I can`t get them to stop stealing my money. I posted this in Feb and I`m updating it now, to date no-one has contacted me about this at all."
