What a disappointing experience from this App vers 14 and from backup support, having struggled to keep connectivity between watch and phone almost every day for 2 weeks, for the past 2 days I have failed to connect at all. Having unpaired my phone, I cannot pair it again. I have sent several feedback reports over the 2 weeks via the app, but have had no response or support from the tech team."

"Watch is great, I bought this watch in May of `22 and loved it. Tracked everything I needed it to track. Steps, workouts, sleep. Well it`s now March of `23 the app doesn`t work so I can`t change the time. Therefore it isn`t tracking on the app for sleep, water etc. It will work for steps still but why wear a watch if you can`t yell the time. I live in NY and we just had day light savings, so until the fall it wont be accurate lol. So overall the watch itself is good the app is terrible."
