"This is an excellent application for both patient and pain doctor I have been in pain management for over 20 years due to a very critical car accident that totally fractured my right hip and fractured to lower back vertebrae thank God my Internal Medicine doctor kept me on Dilaudid 8 mg 3 times a day and oxycontin extended release 15 mg every 12 hours he retired so I had to find a pain doctor it was an absolute nightmare he cut my Dilaudid from 8 to 4mg. I told him even the CDC recommends 15%"

"Very Informative about meds given associated with Chronic Nerve Pain syndrome & Associated Illnesses also the side effects associated with Opioid based meds which GP`s & Such, Neglect to inform you of. Instead they give us Extra meds 🙄 to deal with S. Effects which in turn 🤔 leads to more severe S. EFFECTS ! My Dr. would mention these things, mild if anything no bother !! That was the 70`s Now days Big Pharma pays em well to stay silent 🤫 keep us 🤒 ill needing more& more POISON for $$$"

"Does Not put in new cdc guidelines put out in 2019 since it hasnt been updated since mid 2018! Major problem is doctors are using this app for chronic pain patients & its not properly valid since cdc had to amend tapering of said pain relievers. Again cdc is failing to up keep there mistakes & fixing it in real time."

"These guidelines, active since 2016, have taken away the rights of patients suffering from relentless chronic pain and their physicians. The very people that extended release medications were designed to treat are being denied their use and offered meds in strength and quantity to last for a few hours a day if any alternative at all. The return of severe and relentless daily pain and denial of appropriate medications are the result of the CDC`s answer to the country`s (unrelated) opioid crisis."

"Are mme iv or po? Makes a leeetle difference, and this is the official CDC public policy App that`s used to make docs & patients defacto enemies of The State and subject to prosecution."

"Hello! As a student I found this app very helpful, However I would recommend if possible to add an option to change dosage forms such as liquids. Furthermore, the dose of some drug such as Percocet will be limited due to the acetaminophen before titrating up to a 90MME"

"Definitely room for improvement. Not all of the formularies and preparations are shown, including extended release and IV. I know that IV preps are not really used for chronic pain, but these would be useful for any clinician in the hospital setting or for those with patients who were recently hospitalized. It would also be very helpful to include conversion calculations. I noticed there is a disclaimer for cross- tolerance and we would need to adjust accordingly but this would still be very useful to have."

"Mostly very weak data used in making this, is skewed by conflicts of interests with addiction rehab insiders to increase their businesses not to help patients. Doctors all over America are abandoning patients and closing practices due to the threats of the cdc and dea. Hundreds kill themselves every week due directly to these so valled guidlines but are really prohibition laws to be followed or you lose your medical license."

"I was hoping to have a singular app for calculating doses. Sad that the CDC app is missing IV dosing for pain medication. This basically makes it worthless for hospital work."
