"Useless! nothing but error messages everytime i tried to do anything. But i liked that they have an email option if you need help rather than making you sort through a bunch of articles with no option to contact anyone. But the email option is just as useless as thier stupid website! Hate it, dont even bother to use to app ever."

"The app is OK, but the inability to select which phone folders are backed-up and which aren`t was a killer for me and one of the main reasons I opted for Amazon Prime (and Prime Photos) as a whole over Jottacloud. I appreciate the webservice, but don`t want to have all my WhatsApp photos, downloaded pictures etc. backed-up to the cloud; only those that I have taken."

What makes it basically unusable for me is that it now throws ALL photos and videos from ALL folders and across all devices into one bug messy combined photo/video list that they leave up to you to then again sort after it has been backed up.... "Used to be ok, now it locks up all the time on my Huawei Mate 9 Pro. This version (1.4.1) seems to work fine on other phones, but not with my phone. The regular Jottacloud app still works well on this phone, it`s only Jottacloud Photos that consistently locks up and only ever gives a white screen."
