Keep getting a guy named Ian who seems to not even understand that he needs to go in himself and reset my account. He sends me a reset link that is not even accessible! I have wasted hours trying to get into this app!!! I have Leslie Sansone`s cd`s in this series and they are wonderful and I am sure the others are as well. A shame"
