"Customer service is silly. Paid for coins and didn`t receive them. I had to all but send a lock of hair just to be told to contact Google. Why waste my time? If I had of known it would have been that hard to get my 100 coins- yes, that is all that was missing and that Ruzzle felt like they couldn`t issue even after seeing the receipt- I wouldn`t have put in the energy. But hey, I like the game. Just won`t be spending any more money here."

As a long-time player, I`m deeply disappointed in the choices made by the developers."
