"Never again! My train was two hours late so the host refused to check me in. I was left stranded at 10pm with nowhere to stay. The next day the host cancelled the reservation. After getting transferred to 7 people at Airbnb, I was told that it was their policy that the host could cancel the entire reservation due to a travel delay, and that hosts do not have to provide a refund! Airbnb did not assist with finding a new place to stay or compensate for the extra money I had to spend."
