"Really excellent. I`ve learned more from this app than from any other source. But why haven`t you made an app for more advanced Japanese?"

"I bought it a while ago and didn`t use it for a while, then when I go to launch it, it tells me that I don`t have a license for the app. Please help me fix this."

"This is like reading an interactive book, and it`s great at explaining how the grammar works. I give it 5-stars only because you can use free user-created Memrise courses to practice the vocabulary. The only other issue is with the Hiragana and Katakana quizzes being ``Concentration`` style, which is just *too much*, but you don`t have to complete those so I won`t mark it down. It`s definitely worth the $10 on Android!"

"If you`re new to japanese, this app is the best to give you a true understanding of how the language works. I tried all types of japanese learning apps and sites, and Human Japanese wins by a landslide."

"Of the many Japanese language instruction apps I have tried, this one is the most intuitive and long lasting in its benefit, and grants the highest sense of confidence in the veracity of what it is teaching."

"so good! It was able to progress me from a total novice knowing not a single word or character to feeling like i could get by on holiday in just 4 weeks. it really is written in a human way, like the author is sitting next to you. You get insightful and interesting cultural facts as well as lessons and tests. the prgression of what you learn is just perfect. well worth thr money."

"Great app for learning not just the language, but also culture! Feels way more human than apps like DuoLingo. One feedback: Please add a function to review vocabulary out of all the learned words (relative to progress). It`s really difficult to get back into it after a larger pause."

"I would have paid double for the paid version if they had asked. No other app has taught me as much about the Japanese language as Human Japanese. The lessons are not only easy to understand, the information in them is thorough and much more complete than any other app I`ve seen. You don`t just learn common phrases with this app, you learn the structure and flow of the language so you can build your own thoughts and ideas rather than being limited to the phrases you memorized. So worth it!"

"Hands down the best Japanese learning app on the market, and I mean that. Duolingo has a place, and so do Anki, Drops, and the rest, but I didn`t truly start sticking to my Japanese-learning path until Human Japanese came along. The sentence ingredients and countless examples offered throughout make a huge difference."

"Don`t be fooled by the lack of shiny graphics that has become common place in learning a language on your phone. This app is truly an excellent resource for anyone wanting to learn japanese. It isn`t just a bunch of random memorisation, but explores the explanations of why things happen in certain sentences. If you have never learnt japanese you may want to use another resource (such as flashcards) to help you learn hiragana along side this app, as it is a very steep learning curve. 10/10!"

"First off, thank you to all those who took the time to write a detailed
review of this app. Based off what many of you wrote, I took a chance and
bought the app and I am very happy I did! Bought it today, started
immediately because I wanted to see if it was worth the hype. Lost track of
time because it had me so engaged! Love that it`s kicks off with
pronunciations and that everything in Japanese has a voice over so when you
click on it, you can hear how it`s said! There`s obviously more going on
but you just have to get it to see what I`m talking about. Thanks for the
awesome app!!"

"Amazing app for getting started. Unlike any textbook I be ever seen, it speaks 8n berry understandible terms. I learned much faster and much more than my Japanese class. There is something you must know first before purchasing: you will only learn if you have motivation. If you are looking for an app to motivate you to learn, this may not be the one. However, If you have your heart set on learning, get this app!"

"Great method to be introduced to Japanese, I like the way grammar is explained, it makes it less daunting. Quizzes and chapter tests could be much better, this is too easy and doesn`t help with practicing writing or audio comprehension, I would prefer more audio tests. Chapter 32 is way to dense (probably because there is no chapter 31?) and discouraging. Counting objects should have been spread across many chapters."

"this is the interactive book i was able to start with because i could trust it to teach actual fundamentals with the right hints in a pragmatic way. grammar, selected example sentences with audio and explanations, cultural context and quick tests with useful questions are presented. it was a fun experience and i thank everyone involved in creating this app. 3 things i thought could be improved: remove all usages of the word ``simply``, make tests go faster, other names for the 3 adjective types."
