Since then prices have more or less doubled; the discount schemes removed; you now also pay full price for parking the car; you now also pay from the moment you unlock the car rather than when you start it; (so if you need to clean up from the previous drivers, you pay for that) and the app seems to have more issues in general than it used. A shame to see what was once a great service fuse with another company into such a mediocre one."
