"Very bad experience faced today evening.We booked cab and waited 15 to 20 minutes because driver was stucked in traffic, Mr.Robin .S was the driver orange roof Toyota no.4622.Sinse we waited such a long time and he cannot even wait for 2 minutes, he shouted very badly and his behavior was very rude and rough.He cancelled my ride and Infront of me he took another passengers also. Since I told him I will complaint, he replied back :`` you just go and complaint``. Sorry to say such a bad experience."
