I open a chat with support because I ordered something that costs 68.000 and they sent me something that costs 37.500, and they only refunded 6.000 and closed the chat while I was not happy with the solution. And the help option doesn`t allow me to open a new chat for this order, and the other options are just standard auto replies that doesn`t send me to a person to discuss this."

"Recently Rappi has introduced a VERIFICATION System that doesn`t work at all. It randomly blocked my account and after 10 communications with Customer Support they have no idea how to unblock the account. And Rappi now REQUIRES you to have a credit card on file. No credit card? I guess you can`t use Rappi then, oh well! Bottom Line: Rappi used to be a good company. Now they`re trash. Response: This is a brand new phone, I literally just downloaded Rappi and it immediately stopped working."
