"I just got an unlocked HTC U11 which claims on HTC website that has no bloat ware. However, the phone came with full of bloat ware apps. I can`t remove any of them. I`ve an HTC fan and have had all HTC phone model in the pass. I submitted a support inquiry a week ago but no response. It takes forever to get google map to start guidance. Phone signal is a lot weaker than previous models. This phone is on its way back to HTC before the 30 days guaranty. HTC, you have just lost a loyal customer."
