"It needs a hard ethernet network connection everytime to connect phone to camera. If you change internet wifi or lose wifi connection to the camera then you need to take the camera down and hard wire the ethernet connection in or to connect the camera wirelessly to wifi."

"As with lots of other recent reviews, this app needs to be tested with the Galaxy Fold 4! On the inner screen where feeds can actually be viewed, useful buttons such as playback, talk, etc are all clipped off the bottom of the screen while useless black bars take up excessive room! This is especially egregious on Duo cameras with ultra wide aspect ratios but also renders the doorbell camera useless. Please fix this as soon as possible!"

"Last update for Windows failed on both my PC s, Javascript error had to restore both to the previous version. Andriod is still perfect. :-) Everything is good now. At the same time the new PC software wouldn`t install I also had two ethernet ports go bad also, , greatly confusing the issue I`ll retry the new software at a later date. "With the last update the description said they are changing the ratio in portrait mode to 1:1 but in reality they also disabled the strech mode in landscape configuration. This is very frustrating as now the image on the screen is smaller and harder to see. If you want to keep full screen image in landscape configuration, do not update this app!"

"I have 2 Reolink cameras, the E1 Pro and E1 Zoom. The installation process is somehow complicated. And it seems 5GHz, although working, is not always stable. Hopefully issue is fixed quickly. My wife checked her iPhone and she`s having the same issue. Not sure if there are any other new issues with the app."

When they did get connected the video was sketchy and playback is non-existent unless you have a Micro SD card in the camera or a subscription to the cloud service which I am not doing. I have put enough money into this system and been disappointed with the results. You can not even zoom the camera in on anything. Going to return them and get my money back."
