"App used to be good. I deleted because it always says my password is incorrect even after I reset it. Every time I order I have to reset my password. It`s not me either, I am not forgetting them. When you click onto an item it will go to an unavailable page sometimes. Also been trying to figure out how to upgrade to the Sephora Visa from regular card which was told to do from app and it takes you right back to the previous page. My birthday reward is never accessible when it`s my birth month."

Would love an option to browse the site instead, hate the stupid app and only have it for the card. Wont be shopping til i can do so from the website on my phone. Even if I click on a favorited foundation & shade or one that`s in my cart 2. When browsing community pictures the app takes you back to the first pic instead of letting you continue scrolling where you left off when you back out of a picture. 3. Auto suggest doesn`t work anymore when typing in product names 4. Out of stock items will still show up under the sale section."
