"The apps works fine and all until you`re pressed for time and try to get out of the parking garage 3min late from your scheduled time. There should be at the very least some sort of grace period and if not your customer support should be able to send a QR code that works right away to get us out. Now we have to do the extra work of sending in a receipt just to get any sort of refund back!"

"Honestly, this wasn`t a great experience. What is the point of this service if you don`t actually hold the spot? I had a reservation, showed up on time and was turned away because the lot was full. Then, because the reservation had already started, I could only request a credit instead of a refund. "I used this app to reserve a spot a few blocks away from my favorite band`s show. It was easy to use and check in/out but that`s about it. The band didn`t get on until about 9 pm and my reservation ended at 10 pm with no ability to adjust the checkout time. I tried multiple times to extend my reservation, but kept getting told that the lot was full. I left the show early in fear of my car being towed only to arrive at a nearly empty lot and missed out on over an hour of the show. Horrible app."
