I bought 2 tickets via TicketSwap this year, then I didn`t need them and sold them via TicketSwap, just the way I bought them. One of the tickets was not valid at the entrance. The person who bought it contacted me for a refund. I needed help from TicketSwap to resolve the issue. I never got help from them, only the message that customer servise was too busy at the moment. They didn`t answer my calls or messages."
